We bought an X Box 360 on 08/11/07 and advantage protection plan . All was well until the X Box 360 stopped working . So we went through the process of opening a claim , sending it in and getting a refurbished unit back . That unit didn't work !! I returned that one and am currently waiting for another replacement . I wasn't givin any tracking info other than tracking it to your replacement center from UPS . Was told they couldn't give me another claim number cause I already had one . I try calling to get an answer and get no were . I get put on hold then get disconnected . You can't imagine how fustrated I am getting with this whole process . We requested a gift card to replace the x-box and was refused . But it says we can get one if we request it in the protection plan contract .

well i do like to apologize that you have been mistreated but now is the best time to contact us due to things finally settling down from the news of CC closing and ad for the disconnecting issueno body in this center should be doing that and if you have the names of those agents (even just the first name) we would be able to look it up and write then up as nessarry (and yes i know my spelling sucks but im tired tonight and just trying to help)

we bought the 2year protection plan for 164.95 for our laptop.it has stopped working, the battery does not charge, I called the first time, on hold 45 minutes finally got a rep was told they would review my claim and get back to me within 24 hours, that was 2 weeks ago, I have called numerous times on hold over 40 minutes before hanging up each time, I went on the website www.cityassure.com, it said you could talk to a rep via web was 4 th customer in line then 3rd then 2nd then next, and then it jumped back to 3rd, waiting on line over 45 minutes before I finally disconected, sent an email to a technician on the same website, no response. this is bull I paid over 1400 for that laptop and now it is basically useless, no one is returning my calls or emails. I am about to go to my local news Circut City has screwed way too many people. I want someone to take care of my problem.....NOW

I've been put on hold and disconnected five times!!!!! by these clowns. Nice "Customer Service".
