Dirty Nasty Stinky And Rotten - CUSTOMER SERVICE

That all describes the Albertsons Store located in Key West Florida. First let me list the problems with the employees:
They are dirty looking,They stink, Most look like they are drug addicts
They don't have teeth and the ones that do are rotten. They are rude and they never have enough employees working. Then you have the managers they are the same as the employees. Believe me I don't expect rocket scientist but come on. The store never is stocked don't think you are going to buy anything that is on sale if you ask one of the employees if you are lucky they speak english and will answer you. The store is dirty from the floors to the food shelves to the cases. The milk and egg area smells like something died in it. This is not the first time I have been at this location its about the 4th time in this area we only have 3 major grocery stores so what you see is what you get. At least Winn Dixie and Publix keep employees and you don't have to wait in line for 1 1/2 hrs even the self check out is useless if you have a bagger manning it who does not even know how to work it!! Much less speak english or wait how about the fat homeless dirty looking man that breaths on you and acts like you are putting him to work!!! I love that one. As you can tell the wonderful customer service is not reserved for regular customers. I was told through the gossip hot line that is in any little southern town that this store is lossing 10,000+++ a month due to thefts well I'm not a rocket scientist or Sherlock Holmes but if this is the type of people you hire then that is what will happen. Maybe you should start at the top and work your way down with new employees. Or at least give them drug test. It seems to me if people are walking out with full grocery carts and skipping the check out lines that the managers are in on it also. Also maybe the managers should get out of where ever they hide out and meet and greet the public. I HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS STORE ANY OTHER STORE WOULD BE GOOD AS IT IS NOW WE ONLY HAVE 2 STORES TO SHOP FROM. MAYBE I WILL START A PETITION TO CLOSE THIS CRAPPY STORE AND HAVE THE SHOPPING CENTER GET A DECENT CLEAN STORE!!!! DO YOU HAVE AN ARRAINGMENT WITH DRUG COURT OR SOMETHING TO HIRE ALL PROBATION PEOPLE AT THIS STORE?? PEOPLE WHO LIVE AT THE HOMELESS SHELTER ARE CLEANER AND FRIENDLIER THEN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!
