WE HAVE HAD DIRECT TV FOR 7 MONTHS NOW AND LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE WE HAVE HAD MONEY ISSUES AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO PAY ON TIME OR EVERY MONTH, BUT WE JUST FOUND OUT TODAY THAT DIRECT TV TOOK $530.46 OUT OF OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, WHICH WE NEVER AGREED OR AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT. THEY TOLD US BECAUSE WE PAID ONLINE ONE TIME (EVEN THOUGH WE PUT ONE TIME USE ONLY) THEY SAID THAT IT AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE THE MONEY WHETHER OR NOT WE GAVE THEM PERMISSION!! BECAUSE OF THEM DOING THAT WE ARE NOW OVERDRAWN THAT MONEY!! WHEN I CALLED DIRECT TV AND TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T WANT OR EVER WANT SERVICE WITH THEM AGAIN AND FOR THEM TO TAKE MY CARD NUMBER OFF THE ACCOUNT THEY TOLD ME NO THAT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CARD NUMBER OFF EVEN THOUGH I NEVER WANTED SERVICE AGAIN, THERE FOR I HAD TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AT MY BANK!! BEWARE OF THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS OFF FILE EVEN THOUGH YOU DON'T WANT SERVICE ANYMORE!!! IF ANYBODY HAS IDEAS ON HOW TO GET THEM BACK LET ME KNOW!!!!
