Direct TV Verizon - Verizon bundle

I ordered a "bundle" of services from Verizon....home phone, DSL and Direct TV . I took copious notes and questioned the phone rep as to the total monthly charges. I was quoted $138 for all three services plus taxes. I have been billed $188. A monthly service charge of $29.88 for equipment charges per receiver not disclosed to me at the time of the sale has been given as the reason. Both Verizon and Direct TV have been contacted twice and refused to remove the charges. I plan to cancel the contract.
