Direct Shopping Network is carried by local cable companies also Direct TV and sattle light dish.
I have bought jewelry from them for about 7 months and have found them to be intermittently bad about sending you the item you have bought. They subsitute item of lesser value. Twice I have had earring tags on rings. I have called and complained but get no satisfaction. It takes them weeks to send an item that you have paid for. At times I have waited up to six weeks and then got an inferior product. I am not doing business with this company again. I hope when this complaint is read people take my advice and do business with this company. They are located in Las Angeles California.

I've had the opposite experience. Love DSN./ In the retail business and cannot afford to go to Hong Kong Shows, etc, so I buy from them and my customers LOVE my gems and jewelry.
