I decided to disconnect my service with Directv because the monthly fee was just killing me for reruns. I called and found out my disconnect fee would be $120. Great. They send me the boxes, and I send them back their receivers. The same day they get the recievers they take a $270 withdrawal from my bank account. The withdrawal was absolutely unauthorized! The only way they got the card was that I had used it to pay my bill some prior month. I never allowed them to do direct withdrawal. I had even called them and TOLD them the receivers were shipped. The thieves took my money and now they refuse to return it!! I was told by a Matt who claimed to be a supervisor that they would return it "soon". When the F**K is SOON?? I am so angry, and I am thinking of contacting the attorney generals office to file a complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DIRECTV!!!

Please read your contract. It's just pure laziness. Pay your bills, and watch your tv. But most of all, READ the darn contract!
