Digital Frame that would not power on - Philips 7" digtal frame model: 7FF3FPB

It's now Mother's Day and I gave my Mother her gift that would never power on. I cannot tell you how embarrassed and upset I was when the Philips digital picture frame I bought from you was not in working condition. This was my actual first time to do business with you and I'm not impressed.

Please let me know how you intend to rectify the problem, so that we can continue to do business down the road.
