Diane Whisler Cingular is not a respectable Company to do business with. They've got one eck of a RACKET going on! I'm sure I can't be the only one they are ripping off. They added on several features that I never ordered or wanted and never used. They just appeared on my bill to the tune of a extra $50.00. When I complained about it they removed $6.99 of it. I quess that they just add whatever they want too to your bill and charge you for it and then it's up to you to put a stop on recieving them, but of course this is after you've been charged for them. SAY WHAT! What happened to a person ordering something first before getting it, and how come these so called companies don't seem to have any rules or laws they have to go by and no one to answer too, and if they do why isn't there any kind of enforcement of them. We the general public and tax payers sure have enough rules and laws that we have to go by and they are always enforced and then some. We all need to stop acting like a herd of sheep and just say no we will not tolerate this kind of corruption to go on because that is exactly what it is, and if our goverment representatives don't want to do what they are paid very highly to do and that is to protect us, then they are out and will be replaced with people that can do their job and have our best interests at heart. I feel much better now getting that off my chest.
