Dell shipping by Purolator sucks

I've reached my limit. In the last year I've bought 2 laptops, 1 desktop and 1 lcd tv from dell , and everyone of the shipments via Purolator has been lost/misdirected.

No more money from me till dell has an option to use a different shipper.

My current purchase, and the one that broke the camel's back as where, was a 47" lcd tv. So large it was shipped via Purolator Freight. Somewhere along it's journey to my door it was accidentally transfered to Purolator Courier and subsequently lost. Purolator: A large group of incompetent people you will not meet.

Yet another horrid shipping experience. Goodbye Dell, no more.
