I cannot use the computer as it is unstable and cannot be used for data input due to it's habit of bluescreen and data is lost. I also feel that additional charges are unacceptable as the problem has existed since new, affects computer reguardless of software installed, and it seems Dell cannot figure out the problem but "would be able to for an additional fee." Bad for business!!!
