I hate Dell. They Segate brand hard drive they installed in the XPS one is a piece of crap and surprisingly Dell was aware of it. Mine crashed and they replaced it with another Segate hard drive, although the tech told me over phone that they will replace it with a Western Digital hard drive!!! Can you believe? I could not even recover data using a USB enclosure - I lost several important data files. Do not buy this piece of Crap
