Delivery Service - Car part being shipped timely, transmission

I was stuck out in the middle of no where, strained and I need a transmission. I ordered from basic car parts and they guaranteed a specific delivery date. I have not seen my part and the customer service with dealing with these people is atrocious. They will not tell me when i will receive my part. I have been hung up on several times. They have offered no retribution, and are very rude on the phone. When i tried to canx my order they threatened me with restocking and reshipment fees.
