We too have an Altima, 2005, only 22K miles. Coming back from Sacramento on I5, in the middle of nowhere, I loose air, the tire flat and the AAA fix it guy and I could not find a puncture in the tread and had not seen a tire break up like it did, comparing to typical damage when flating and pulling off the road from 70MPH. I have yet to speak to the Nissan dealer and a tire supplier company but anticipate the similar BS I read in complaints reqarding this tire manufacturer. It happened to be the left rear, a non drive wheel, which I wouldn't expect. Scary to consider using Continentals on any vehicle you own!
