after visiting knotts berry farm on sunday i don't think we will ever go back! the staff was extremely rude...cursing and trying to pick fights with their customers! and then security had the audacity to harass us kicking us out for 99 years! they treated us like we were criminals....when their employee gets off scott free! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS!
