Dead Bugs on windowsill

While eating my Asian salad at 3:30p.m.at the Woodbury location next to Woodwinds Hospital, I looked to my left and noticed all these dead flies and other crawly things on the windowsill also a live ant. Not to mention the dust and filth on the front window! Gross.

I live in Frankston Victoria
Australia the McDonals in the frankston shopping center is the worste Mcdonals I have been to
and I have been to alot
the food is mixed up some times no meat or salad
and the coffee is black
80% no hot water for tea
no ice cream and the place is dirty
