I am a single mother who made an investment to help facilitate a dating life that would offer safety through background checks, and efficiency through effective matchmaking. What I received was a monthly payment that I have continued to pay, and the absence of any service whatsoever. I have seen several other clients mentioning working with attorneys but believe that the most effective way to battle a corporate entity with no integrity is via a combined effort class action. I would encourage anyone interested in pursuing a joint effort to contact me @ hotchristianmommy@gmail.com I just believe that if they are unwilling to offer their services, the LEAST they could do is refund money for services unrendered.

It sounds like you were very picky. Additionally after they worked very hard to set you up why should they issue a refund due to your pickeness.
Their services worked for me and a number of friends. However I do see that a picky person might have an issue with this. After all if you have some imaginative concept of what you are looking for that does not exists how can you be set up with him.
You also write "I have difficulty meeting great men because I am a single mother who spends my time mothering" People who lock themselves off from society tend to have unrealistic expectations since they are not involved in day to day social life.
Last and not least you are forgetting that just because you want a certain level in men, this does not mean that men of this caliber would even be interested in looking at you. Think about it maybe the problem was with you all along.

'HotMama', you need to listen to 'Sono'. You have kids. That's not something most men out there want to get into. I don't have kids but I was divorced a few years ago. I accepted the fact that I might just end up alone. I was honest with myself and ended up happy. You should try it sometime.
I also think that you should try to stop expecting people to be perfect. There is no such thing as a perfect guy. You have to work to make your relationship perfect. Be more open minded and give this service the benefit of the doubt based on the fact that you expected them to be perfect.
