Damaged/Dirty DVDs - dvd rentals

Anyone know who to contact at Netflix about this? I'm so tired of getting movies that garble half way through. Netflix needs to clean the DVDs before sending them out. Seems that this should be a basic part of the service, delivering a DVD that plays all the way through. I keep reporting this as damaged discs and never get a response or acknowledgement. Seems that Netflix isn't too concerned with delivering a quality experience.

I have had the same problem, last 8-10 movies freeze up at the end. Called customer service spoke to Bryan who was rude insinuated I was lying or it is my machine. Walmart DVD's play fine.

The problem with cleaning DVDs regularly is that it causes them to wear out earlier. Most of the Netflix probs I have had were scratches or cracked disks. Just report the disk as unplayable and they will get a new one to you pronto. They have great customer service ethics from what I have seen.
