DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - crossing jordan dvd

I like many of you saw an ad for a TV series that I wanted to purchase. I placed my order only to start receiving emails that the dvd was not in stock and that the order was back ordered. So I thought ok, this company is very efficient....WRONG! I get at least 5 of these emails each day. I investigated further as to the availability of Crossing Jordan and find it won't even be released until late May. So the next back order I mail that came in I click on the cancel option button with brings up a blank screen. USELESS! So then I email them directly to cancel the order about 10 times with no response. this week I have made 5 calls to them and after waiting for someone to pick up have tried to cancel the order. First it was customer service people and then a so called supervisor by the name of Jewel told me the order would be canceled. Now I have just received an email letting me know they can't get my credit card to go through...THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY.
I have now just called again and spoke with Jewel, she assured me it was another mistake and I would be sent a cancellation notice...NOT!!! She would not tell me what town they are located in because they are not allowed to give out personal information. I bet she could tell me because they are not in Florida, but in some third world dirt shack. Everyone speaks with an accent, don't tell me they are in the US. WHAT A SCAM.
