DONT SHOP HERE! - Charmed series box set

We tried to buy my wife's favorite show from them. The only reason I tried the site was because I couldn't find negative feedback about the company. They took the money out of our account, and said that they 'lost' our shipment. Then they followed up by telling us that it is our 'credit card companies job' to refund us our money...then they lost contact with us. We are seriously pissed!
