6 months of incorrect billing, 18 hours on the phone, supervisors say different things, they do not want to solve the problem. It's like they cannot think for themselves.. They are their own breed of representatives who cannot successfully run a cable company. We are taking them to small claims court because they cannot fix a simple problem over and over again. They only argue with you "he said, she said".... just avoid this company for the rest of us who made the mistake of choosing DouscheBag TV
