DONT BUY FLOORING FROM FLOOR DIMENSIONS - CORDELIA
I bought flooring from the Cordelia store, where customer service is non existent. I was sent a flyer stating that if I came down during the specified time frame I could have flooring installed and not pay for two years. So I went to the store to take advantage of their offer and buy new flooring. The bamboo flooring I chose was not available for 30 days, so I agreed to wait and filled out the paperwork. When I brought up the financing I was told that option was very costly for them and Ashley ( store manager) encouraged me to shorten the term to 6 months. I told her I thought it was bad practice to advertise a benefit that you don't intend to honor just to get customers in the store.

I wait my 30 days and the day that has been set up for my installation ( I called them to get the date because they set a date without any input from me and then didn't bother to call and tell me when that was) I call to see where they were and I'm told." oh, no one called you, the flooring has been delayed it will be another 30 to 60 days" I was so pissed off I couldn't see straight. Of course they have already processed the paperwork and had been paid by the finance agency, so they could care less. Anyway, I ended up ordering another like wood that was available. Ashley tells me the installation crew will be out at 8am to my house. At 9am I called and was told that the crews get there when they get there (Joan's wording not mine, she's the women that schedules the appointments, real charmer) During the installation the guy realized that they did not send the end piece that goes between the rooms. He said he would order it and be out the next week to install it. 3 weeks later I call Ashley to inquire about the installation and she says" Oh I thought they finished that job" WHAT! I pray this women doesn't have kids. So now nearly five months later I still do not have a completed floor. I told them that I would be available after work Monday through Friday or on the weekends and Ashley had the nerve to tell me that they don't work after hours or on weekends. Apparently they don't work Monday through Friday either. Avoid doing business with this company unless you enjoyed a kiss my ass attitude.
