DO Not Wash - shamwow towels

I am extremely unhappy with my Shamwow . I have had mine for a couple days over the 90 warrenty period. I washed the large ones for the first time in my machine....did not put in dryer. They are just shredded. I emailed the company no reply. I mailed them back yesterday...they were doing me no good. I would not recommend them to anyone.
