DO USE THIS COMPANY.
the rep tell you one thing and when you call the main office is another story.
The rep told me I will not be charge if I cancel for what ever reason before a month. Since I do not like the services they provide me I call to cancel today and they said they will charge me a 495 foe cancelation.

In 30 years of business, I have never dealt with a more unscrupulous, conniving, manipulating and lying credit card processing company the likes of Crescent Processing! They are the worst! BEWARE!

I am a Crescent rep and I am very well versed in the terms and conditions of our contracts. Nowhere is there any 30 trial period. The rep that you dealt with clearly lied to you and for that you have every right to be mad. Once you activate the terminal the contract is binding and you have to pay the $495 deconversion fee (or early out fee, if you will)regardless of what state you're in. I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience, the vast majority of us are not liars like the idiot you dealt with.

I totally agree. This company is awful!!!! Do not use them. The rep that comes out will tell you anything and then the company tells you another when you sign. I was told my money would be in my account the next day.....not true. Sometimes it takes up to 3 or 4 days. I used to be with Bank Of Anerica, they use to deposit my money next day! It was great, should not have switched

You are so right! The salesman lies to you and you find out the truth after your statement comes. The salesman will not return your call even though he said call him if you had questions. His name is Perry Panovec

your rep lied. No where in the Crescent training does it say that. Some people will say anything to make a sale. Don't hold that against the company.

I was told I had 30 days to cancel too...and I have it in writing. The company still wants me to pay 495 dollars and they say because I'm out of the state of Texas (where Crescent is located) they don't have to HONOR THE 30 DAY PROMISE. Don't do business with this company!!!
