Buyer beware! This is one of the ompanies I have done business with! They have no idea what they are doing from corporate to the installers. My NEW carpet showed seams 2 weeks after installation and to get a response was like pulling teeth. They were not at all apologetic and the manager had no idea how to handle the situation. I have used Empire and would use then again in a heartbeat. Empire was professional and did a great job. Pass on NFD or you will be sorry!
