0 Go to the state Attorney General. I sent my iPod in before I read all this bad news. People need to continue to complain so they can rescue their equipment and put this guy out of business!
0 A quick update on my post. My iPod was sent in sometime in early March. I still don't have it. I filed a complaint through the local Better Business Bureau. That got him to actually respond since he ignores all e-mails and phone calls. So far he has refunded my money and promised a new battery replacement along with my new screen (the initial problem). He also stated it would be shipped by June 22. Well, still no iPod and of course he won't return phone calls or e-mails. I have now opened a second complaint with the BBB. Hopefully he will respond this time.
