I recently ordered flowers from Bloomex and they NEVER ARRIVED, I had paid the extra amount to have them delivered in the morning. When I proceeded with an online chat I was treated rudely and hung up on (message box closed on me) to my surprise I had been chatting with the manager! I only received a part of the refund, the delivery fee of $9.99 was not refunded, which has also occurred interest on my credit card. So Bloomex has $9.99 of my money for a service that was NEVER executed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they DO NOT KNOW how to do their JOB or deliver flowers for that matter.
