I placed an order wtih BrakePlanet and my credit card was immediately charged. After numerous delays, I canceled the order and was promised an immediate refund. I have called several times to follow up and have not had any calls returned, and no refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Brake Planet has blatently lied in their response. Next step is to take them to court and to file with consumer protection agencies.
