DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH - tires and rims

I placed an order a week and 1 day ago in the amount of $824.00. The very next day I was told by wheels next, that the rims were not in stock! I cancealed the order. I then ordered from another company, and recieved them within 2 days (GREAT SERVICE).
TODAY a freakin week after the order was cancealed with Wheels Next they processed the order and took $824.00 out of my account. I called them within 2 hours and was told they made a mistake and didn't notice the order was cancealed and the money would be put back within 5 minutes! Suprise that didn't happen, the bank says it will take 8 to 10 days. I called wheels Next back to inform them that it would 8 to 10 days and they blamed it on the bank. I also informed them that I had $100 in bounce fees($300 now) and was told I would have to eat that money(exact words), because of their mistake. Then I was hung up on. I called back several times just to be hung up on again and again and now they will not answer their phone. I cannot get in touch with any Managers and the Better B B is closed until tomorrow. S

Sometimes items go out of stock. We have thousands of wheels in stock in warehouses in Florida, California, and Tennessee. I am sorry that the item you ordered was out of stock. As for your refund, banks which we cannot control have their own policies on how they refund credit cards. Im very unsatisfied and upset with their service. I order a set of tires and rims a month ago (4 of May) and I still waiting for the tracking number. Ive been calling for two weeks now and the only answers I get are lies. Yesterday was the fourth time you promise call me back with information. Las week you said the same twice and the week before as well. Im tired!
I order the set of tires + rims on May 4th. I was billed the same day!
A couple of days after they call me to charge me the taxes. I ask if they were collecting the taxes in behalf of the Canadian Revenue Agency and you said yes, so I agree with the transaction. The bill to the visa card $ 1,670.00.
I call on May 19 trying to get the tracking number of my order and they don't have any tracking number for me but they promised to call me back once the order shipped.
The 20 of May it was the same history.
The 22 of May it was the same and they promised again! to call back.
The 23 of May they told me that it was a mistake with the color of one rim in the order.
The 26 they havent receive the Order.
The 29 they told me that one of the rims was broken so tehy haven't be able to ship the order yet.
I ask for a full reimbursement and tehy want me to pay 20% when tehy haven't done anything yet.
On June 3 I call again asking for the tracking number tehy don't have any for my order.
On June 5 I try again but tehy haven't sent anything so I ask you to cancel the transaction they denied. I ask for a copy of my bill and they send me one for $840.63 whit no taxes in it and with some labour and brokerage fees instead of the taxes tehy collected from me.
I don't know where those extra charges come from. Their web page doesnt mention any of those charges and specified that the Shipping, the Tire Mount, the Balancing and the Installation are for free.
I dont understand the way they are billing me. Whats going on there!
They dont want to let me talk with any manager or director in the company and tehy let me on hold at the phone for hours. They lied to me about the calls and about my order and they don't want to give me my money back unless I paid 20% for something they haven't done and is not my fault. They dont want to take any responsibility in this problem.
