I am a computer consultant. I have the most up to date operating systems and hardware and I still have yet to plug Magic Jack in and work without having to unplug and replug it in multiple times. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I think there should be a class action... More...

i dont know if this helps but i have one and it works fine i have a dell inspiron laptop 32 bit vista system , and i have a friend that bought a magic jack and it would not let him register it he has a 64 bit vista system , i went and registered his mj on my computer and his now works fine wit his 64 bit system , hope this helps
