DIRECT TV is the shadiest - Dishonest billing and record keeping

These people use circular logic. No one seems to be in charge, and you can never get a supervisor to help on the phone. We called to suspend our service for 6 months back in June, and also to stop automatic payments coming from our bank account. Not only did they not stop the auto payments, but they started to take payments out again after only 3 months. They are refusing to reimburse us, saying that it can only be credited back to the account. We want to cancel, but were signed up for an 18 month contract without our knowledge. It was never explained to us, nor can we find this in writing in any of the mail from them. This is only the latest in a series of completely dishonest dealings we have had with this shitty company. STAY AWAY!!!!
