DESPERATELY SEEKING AN ATTORNEY TO START A NEW CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST GENERAL ELECTRIC FOR POOR QUALITY REFRIGERATORS BEING SOLD TO THE PUBLIC IN FLORIDA.

I PURCHASED A $ 899.00 DOUBLE ICEMAKER (2004)FREEZER/REFRIGERATOR FROM GENERAL ELECTRIC AT HOME DEPOT ON NORTH LAKE BLVD IN WEST PALM BEACH FL. WITHIN 1 YEAR THE FRONT DOOR OF THE ICEMAKER HAD RUSTED OUT; THERE IS A PUDDLE UNDER THE FREEZER DOOR EVERYDAY & THE ICEMAKER IS A CONSTANT SOURCE OF PROBLEMS.

GENERAL ELECTRIC HAS BEEN INUNDATED WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND HAS JUST RESOLVED A CLASS ACTION SUIT WITH REFRIGERATORS THAT MY PARTICULAR REFRIGERATOR IS NOT ONTHE COVETED PROTECTED LIST, THOUGH THE PROBLEMS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.

I HAVE CALLED THEM;WRITTEN THEM AND THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND ARE WAITING FOR THE PUBLIC TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO FORCE THEM TO RESOLVE THE MATTER AS IN THE FORMER CLASS ACTION SUIT.

WITH ALL THE ATTORNIES OUT IN THE WORLD ARE THER NO ATTORNIES THAT WANT TO TAKE UP THIS CASE AND FORCE A ONCE HONORABLE COMPANY TO STAND UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE GARBAGE THEY ARE SELLING TO THE PUBLIC?

SHAME ON GENERAL ELECTRIC FOR DESTROYING THEIR ONCE GOOD NAME AND REPUTATION AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY & FRIENDS NEVER PURCHASED ANOTHER BIG TICKET ITEM FROM THEM AGAIN.
SHORT SIGHTED PROFITS LEAD TO THE DEMISE OF A ONCE HONORABLE COMPANY.
SHAME ON THE CEO, CFO, & STOCKHOLDERS.
YOU HAVE DESTROYED A FORMER GREAT AMERCIAN COMPANY. TO ME THAT IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF TERRORISM..GREED.

I bought a GE refrigerator that cost close to $1,000.00. After about three months the water dispenser froze up and the water in the door would not work. I called GE and they said that they had never heard of the problem and would send a service man out at my expense. I have found at least 50 complaints on the internet for the same problem and the same result from calls to GE. I have since called GE three more times with the same result. I have to keep a hair dryer in the cabinet next to the refrigerator and thaw the water line every other day. I would think that some attorney could make a fortune with all of the complaints that are being ignored by GE. With the bad reputation that they are getting, I don't see them staying in the appliance business too much longer. GE are crooks and should be prosicuited.I think we need to start a petition and send it to consumer afairs, the BBB, GE and the news paper

I agree.We bought a ge ref from hdepot 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems.Biggest piece of junk I ever owned.
