I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 12 WEEKS TO GET THE 50 DOLLAR GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME WHEN I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER. I AM GETTING THE ROYAL RUN AROUND. ONE MAN SAID IT WAS BEING EMAILED TO ME.... NEVER CAME. ANOTHER SAID THE SAME NEVER CAME AGAIN. NO SNAIL MAIL EITHER. HAVE BEEN WAITING 20 WEEKS FOR A GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE IN 6-8 WEEKS.
DELL SURE TOOK MY MONEY FAST ENOUGH, NOW I AM GOPING THROUGH HELL (AND MOST OF INDIA) TRYING TO GET MY DAMN GIFT CERTIFICATE.
BUY AN APPLE, SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF OF DELL
