Customer service...Duh!!!

Terrible...What it the customer service desk for. Do you have 6volt lantern batteries?? (evoked look i cant describe) 6volt..flashlight...hand lantern..lamp.

answer: Batteries are by aisle three.

Guess why i am here. i was there at aisle three. there are no 6v lantern batteries there. do you have 6 volt batteries in stock?

answer: theyd be by aisle three.

there are none there. can you call your other store , ill go over there and pick them up.

answer: i cant call

Am i at customer service counter(the sign says service)

answer: no, your at special order service.

sorry.

I had made purchases in the store, but i finished my purchases at another hardware store(Home doody).
