I have just purchased a new HP Multifunctional Laser Color Printer/Copier/Fax CM2320nfMFP/CC436A.
There have been several hardware/software problems with the printer (minor, yes, but part of the features I purchased this product).
My biggest compalint is that HP states 24x7 support (3 weeks from purchase directly from HP) and after 30 minutes waiting online through the various menus, I was switched to the 24x7 technical support that only operates 8x7.
