Purchased an expensive shotgun from Dicks in Lakewood, CO. Gun was disassembled and packaged by salesman. Discovered gun damaged when unpacking at home. Dicks would not allow return but did exchange after several calls up the food chain and a few days had passed. Very frustrating to deal with. No compensation for the hours spent to resolve an issue they created. No responsibility on their part.
