Customer Service at Erwin Pearl Jewelers NY

I bought a $3,000 14K ring from the above store in Las Vegas. It was sized and after wearing it a few times, several stones fell out. I returned it to Joel Viders who claimed would replace the stones. Indeed he did, but not with the same quality. I wore the ring a few more times and again, stones fell out from a different area. I returned it for the second time and yes, again, they replaced the stones with a different color and now the ring just looks cheap. I've sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction because they claim the company will honor their customer service policy. Well, they haven't. I'm going to write to every place I can to express how I feel about this company. And, if there's anyone out there who reads this and can direct me to someone/somewhere to get further attention re: this matter, please let me know.
