Customer Service Very Poor - Customer Service

I bought furniture on Feb. 2009 and the cushions are broken down already; customer service sent out a representative who stated that this was normal wear. I am appalled that they were willing to sell such poor quality furniture and call it normal wear. Customer Service was patronizing and disrespectful as if my expectations of wear where out of the ordinary. I will share this info with anyone and everyone. Never buy from Art Van furniture.
