Want your laundry lost, misplaced or ruined, then Mercer Laundromat located at 208 Mercer Street in manhattan is the place for you. They will lose your laundry and play dumb when you suggest they made and error. Don't even ask them to replace the goods that were lost, because they will bring up an old receipt from weeks ago and say that the item must have been in with that batch. They are a crew of idiots who know how to take your money and deny they are anything else, but perfect. They lost 15 pair of my underwear, valued at $95.00 and said that I must have misplaced them at home because they gave them to me in my laundry from 2 weeks ago. That was some interesting rationale. Bring in laundry this week and have it in the bag one week before you bring in in. Wow, now I know why all these men work in a laundromat. With reasoning skills like that, I am sure they couldn't make it through grade school.
