It has been 5 weeks since my car was taken to this dealership to find out what was wrong with the car and to get the extended warranty co to approve or deny what has to be done. No rental we have been borrowing vehicles to transport my 90yr old Mother to appoints and shopping. I get the run around from the dealer, they say it the insurance company and the insurance company says it is the dealer. The insurance co says they don't make phone calls that the dealer is to let us know what is happening and dealer says the opposite., So my car still is not fixed and is getting a rebuilt engine we know nothing about and no one cares. This is a disgrace
