Customer Service No Response - Ceramic Dove Solar Fountain

I ordered a ceramic solar fountain over a month ago from Fountain SuperStore. My VISA was immediately charged and I have never received the merchandise. I managed to reach customer service one time and they told me they couldn't reach the manufacturer in Florida but would call me back. Never heard back from them and now all I get is that the "customer service voicemail box is full". Many other on line stores which are honest.
