Consumers should be aware that this is a sort of on-line garage sale that offers fairly average prices and little in the way of customer service.
There are no phone numbers on their site, or they are buried under lots of menus. All communication must be done by way of a cumbersome, fill-in-the-form e-mail. Most responses are canned e-mail replies.
The send out auto-email offering warranties that cannot be purchased. Questions about the offers are answered by auto-email that offers the--unavailable--warranty again.
If you have to return something it has to go back to them before anything can be done. If your equipment is down, be prepared for a two to four week wait.
They are fast in most other things.
