I had a freezer which was under warranty stop working, the mfg was Haier America I submitted a request to them to repair or replace the freezer, it has now gone into the 4th Month of trying to get this resolved, no one at Haier will call me back, I will never recommend Haier to anyone or purchase anything from them again. I am still trying to get a return call from them. I call them 3 to 4 times a week and get the same thing someone will call you within 24 to 48 hrs but they never do.
