I purchased a WH-7P a little less than 4 years ago and it is crap with a capital C. Highly recommend DO NOT BUY. I have had to replace the smart controller twice now at $130 each (Could have bought a new gas hot water heater for that) and now have the same repaet issue again. Now the local rep would like me to purchase the mechanical controller at a cost of more than $200. Is this company nuts? I hope they go out of business. Crap product, crap customer service.
