Cricket Wireless is by-far the worst cell phone company EVER! Don't be fooled by what a ''good deal'' the plans are. What good is a good plan if you have the worst employees? Cricket employees are incompitant, worthless and lazy! I lost my phone 3 days ago and I have been calling and calling and calling trying to get it shut off. They are unable to transfer me. I can not get help with my billing questions either. They tell me to go to a store and deal with it there...What kind of shit is that? Cricket acn suckit!
