Cribs.com (don't buy @ netshops,inc) - bad service/misleading pics cancelation policies/costumer service

hello there! I am in the middle of a nightmare with this online store, which by the way is the same as Netshops, Inc. the website is Cribs.com and have the misleading furniture picture color, i tried to cancel within the following 5 minutes and here we are a week later, with the same problem trying to cancel, over the phone, multiple emails, it's just ridiculous.

Now we have to wait for a MRA #, pay for shipping and restocking fees, because they claimed they couldn't canceled the order (took a 7 days and we still haven't been able to cancel).

This is so unfair to take advantage of people, sensible pregnant women, and passing the ball to a costumer service rep, to another costumer serv. rep, so they will be able to ship the items and force you to pay shipping and restocking fees.

Please don't go over the same pain as me, and just pass the voice to other mothers and expectant mothers, we don't deserve to be treated like that.
