Business user called HP about a warranty part replacement. HP told business user to bring printer to CrossRoads Computers for warranty repair. Have been fighting on the phone with HP for 5 days trying to get the warranty replacement part sent to us. We have been disconnected, rerouted and put on hold too many times. This is unexceptional. HP Sucks.

have spent total of 2 hrs on phone and have been asked several time same info on unit
asked for supervsor girl refused
when uased for costomer servive
girl did not give info
costomer service is very poor

Hewlett Packard - I purchased a tv model ID5220n. It has needed to be replaced by HP 6 times. the most recent replacement is broken again and I've been dealing with an executive case manager who was very rude and basicly told me in other terms "too bad".
