Cornelia Day Spa -- The Management Ruins It

Cornelia Day Spa would be by far the best, cleanest, most enjoyable spa if it weren't for the attitude of the managers. The space is beautiful, the treatments are great, the staff is so attentive. But, when I mentioned to the management that my 60 minute service only lasted for 50 minutes, the manager basically rolled her eyes and very reluctantly agreed to give me a 10% discount. For the kind of money you shell out, the manager should have been apologetic for their mistake rather than lookingat me like she just sucked on a sour lemon.
