Directv is very bad in contracts. They say one thing while you sign up and when you call them later they claim that you have signed for longer term. When you ask them to send the signed copy they don't send you a copy of contract with your signature.

Please record your conversation with them so that you will have some proof.

Customer service is very bad and billing is very confusing.

I have called several times to get the discount they offered but they will not honor them.

1st Direct tv tried to charge me for a HD receiver that I returned. The lady on the phone told me the returned box was a box for a active box. This took 2 weeks to fix. I also did not order NBA league Pass which direct Tv put on my bill. I canceled this last season. Diect Tv will not take this off my bill because the season is already started
