I was with this company almost 13 years
I almost lost my home due to a non working smoke detector. If I didn't have a backup I would have lost my
home. I was never charged for repairs
or told there would be a charge.
They charge me 398.00 for 2 service calls waited months before they sent a bill and now want me to pay. I was never told there would be a charge and
if they had a warranty why didn't they notify me of the change etc etc.
Thanks East Coast for nothing. I guess you don't value you customers and don't care.Also the person that put in the smoke alarm did he have a license? He couldn't even put the floor back up in my attic. Is that Professional work. I don't think so. To charge someone without telling them is against the law.
