Conns Customer Service - Service: Delivery-Idiot at store.

Paid for a front-load Washer. Great Sales Person, very knowledgeable! I trusted her.
The night before delivery, I was told someone would call by 9:00am. I waited until 10:30 before calling the store. The idiot who answered the phone said I HAD to call ANOTHER number to find out where my washer was... I told him 'I don't HAVE to do anything! I could just come down to the store and cancel my order!". He said "Yeah, yeah, yeah... you could do that."

So I did. Sorry Rebecca, you were great. Pity the Manager doesn't train the employees about customer care AFTER the sale and BEFORE delivery! All the idiot on the phone had to do was ACT like he cared and look up my account.
FLASH! The sale isn't FINAL until delivery! Wake up.
